Shea butter is a fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa), which is native to Uganda, East Africa. It has a creamy consistency that makes it easy to spread on the skin.
It has LOADS of benefits, such as:

Shea butter is rich in various essential fatty acids, including:

• Stearic Acid: A saturated fat that adds firmness to the butter.
• Linoleic Acid: A polyunsaturated fat that helps maintain the skin barrier.
• Palmitic Acid: A saturated fat that has emollient properties.
