Ingredients: lavender; valor; peace & calming; gentle baby, geranium, cedarwood, carrier oil

100% pure essential oils. Toxin & chemical free! Use as many times a day as needed. For topical use only. If gets into eyes, ‘dilute’ with any oil, not water. Safe for children and pets. Use as often as needed.

How to use: Apply by massaging into neck and shoulders; on pulse points. Also, inhaling the mixture (a few drops in your hands, cupped over your nose), also does the trick.
*Can also be made as a spray - to be used on your person, on your pillow, etc.
